No, Online Family Orientation registration cannot be waived.
Registration charges are non-refundable, although exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know by replying to your registration confirmation email.
No, Online Family Orientation is structured on a different timeline than your student’s program.
Online Family Orientation registration confirmation emails are sent the following business day from the day you complete the registration transaction. Please email us or call our office at 512-471-2353 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT) if you have not received a confirmation email.
Please reply to your registration confirmation email with the name, email and relationship of the family member you’d like to add to your registration. Family Orientation staff will respond within one business day. Please do not submit a new entry to the registration system.
