This half-day program introduces you to university leadership, professional staff, parent volunteers and current students who will share important information and advice. Upon arrival, you and your student will be directed to separate check-in locations. Although Transfer Family Orientation is only a half-day program, you will not participate in Transfer Student Orientation programming.
While Transfer Family Orientation is optional, we strongly encourage you to attend. You’ll go home feeling more connected to the university and equipped with conversational topics to better support your student as your family continues preparation for the transition in August.
Transfer Family Orientation takes place on Thursday, the first day of your student's two-day orientation.
