UHS Nurse Advice Line

A 24 hour advice line students can call for advice on how to care for an illness or injury at home or guidance about whether and when to see a healthcare provider.

Academic Blue Student Health Insurance

A student health insurance plan sponsored by The University of Texas System and offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

UHS Office of Health Promotion

Helps UT students get and stay healthy with a variety of resources.

Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC)

Information specifically for parents/families.

CMHC Crisis Line

A 24 hour confidential service for students to talk with trained counselors about urgent concerns.

Behavior Concerns and COVID-19 Advice Line (BCCAL)

A 24/7 advice line, providing students an opportunity to discuss their concerns about another individual's behavior. Trained staff members will assist callers in exploring available options and strategies, along with providing appropriate guidance and resource referrals.

Student Emergency Services (SES)

Provides assistant to students and their families during difficult or emergency situations.

Center for Students in Recovery (CSR)

A supportive community where students in recovery and in hope of recovery can achieve academic success while enjoying a genuine college experience free from alcohol and other drugs

Medical Withdrawal & Course Load Reduction

Information about withdrawing from the university or reducing course load due to medical reasons.

Academic & Career Support

Sanger Learning Center (SLC)

UT Austin’s main resource for academic support including one on one and drop-in tutoring and classes and workshops.

Vick Center for Strategic Advising

A resource for all students who are exploring majors and careers, as well as undeclared students enrolled in the School of Undergraduate Studies.

Student Ombuds

An impartial third party that listens to student concerns.

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD)

SSD determines eligibility and helps implement reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.

A resource for students to stay on track to graduate on time.

Student Conduct and Academic Integrity

The office responsible for the administration and facilitation of the student conduct process through a fair and objective process.
